I never thought I would be a girl who runs in a skirt. Ever. I mean, how girly can you get? Then I found Athleta. Admittedly, I first started with their running tights and yoga tights. But then I saw a really cute running skort. So I bought it and tried it. And I fell in love. So I bought two more. The Swagger skort is my newest addition, and I think it is my favorite of the two styles I have. The fabric is a little lighter weight and flowier (if that's a word). The under-shorts are the same on both styles, so that wasn't really a factor in deciding which one I like better.
I also love that Athleta has so much running gear in such bright colors. I try to dress in at least one obnoxiously loud pattern or color when I am out running to help me stay as visible as possible. So if you are in the market for a new running skort, check this one out. It's comfortable, breathable, stays put, and it's cute! It was perfect for running in SoCal in April, and I'm sure I will get a LOT of use out of it this summer in Utah.
